Covid

New way Motors understands that our community still needs transportation to support their essential needs. That is why, since the govt order has been revised on April 9, recognizing transportation needs, allowing us to sell now, we have been working around the clock to put together a plan with our partner companies and arrange a purchase option to serve our customers while keeping our customers and staff safe.

**We are offering Remote-online purchasing and Safe, No Contact Delivery* starting on 4/15/2020.**

*Our goal is to make this process as simple and pleasant as possible. In order to achieve this goal, we will work with you directly by phone, skype, email, text and online, walking you through, step by step.

*To avoid any personal contact, Down payments and purchases can be paid remotely by Credit Card, Prepaid Cards or Debit Card only at this time.

HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

What is New Way Motors doing to keep its customers and employees safe?
The safety of our customers and our team is our top priority. As a precautionary measure, all of our employees who can work from home are currently working remotely. In addition, we are taking all necessary and increased precautions for any staff in the field.

We sanitize facility surfaces and are conducting regular, thorough cleanings of our vehicles and our job site. We will continue to monitor the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and update our policies as necessary.

DMV Registration Update:

Due to the current crisis, many state DMVs have either closed or reduced their in-person services until further notice. We will deliver your vehicle with 15-day temporary tags, but anticipate delays in vehicle registration and obtaining license plates. The length of the delay will depend on the DMVs ability to process transactions. We currently are unable to extend the 15-day tags.

Has the Michigan Department of State coordinated with law enforcement regarding office closures?

Yes, we have also notified Michigan State Police of our limited operations and asked that they inform local law enforcement statewide and exercise discretion when interaction with someone with an expired credential.

We will finalize your registration as quickly as we can when the DMVs resume operations.
